Goodnight My Girl

The old man caught him

He tended not to cry

Once he fought back

He started to grow

He was found in a swimming pool

But he couldn´t swim

Nobody could help him out

While his father was cracking wood

Goodnight my girl

good night my girl

And we go to bed

Until we come to an end

Good night my girl

Talking ´bout red lips

And some other stuff

Finding the beast in him

Carrying a bag full of stuff

Who broke his heart

The heart he had no more

Digging his own grave

Out of missing the last train

Goodnight my girl

good night my girl

And we go to bed

Until we come to an end

Good night my girl

He can´t see the sunset

Brewing down below

Don´t you want to run

He´s stunning and he´s slow

Who took the knife

Who took the pain

Hurt means crying

And lying seems in vain

Chasing Silhouettes

I slept too long

The world´s already gone

Far away

I broke my leg

And I´ll never regret

I´m dragging behind

When I was a young kid

I was floating around

So easily

I´m still chasing silhouettes

Burning down in

The Sky

I hold up my hand

Two golden rings start to melt

And I try to pull them off

Before they´re gone

I left your door

You´ve never been sure

What is wrong

And she broke down

In the shower of a ship

that´s how she´s gone

And he woke up

In the bed of a ship

So he said goodbye

I´m still chasing silhouettes

Burning down

In the sky

Bring me a doctor

A Pencil

Or a bottle of wine

I´ll be fine

I hold up my hand

Two golden rings start to melt

And I try to pull them off

Before they´re gone

There´s something burning my hand

Down until it´s gone

And my burning ash

Moves along

Ripped by Strangers

Even gold diamonds

Are easy to be found

Dig a hole

Go to Asia or

Wherever´s your ground

Where the bells are ringing

In the middle of a town

I found a stray dog

Singing to the sound

I brought booze, flowers

Some other stuff

Searching for the place

Where I came from

And suddenly

On the roadside I drove

I saw an angel or

Lightening blurred by clouds

I hoped it was this angel

With the beautiful dress

It reminds me of the day

When we first met

But my feet are getting tired

And the best way to move on

Is taking the train

To go back to where I´m from

Back at my window

Where all has been said

Where I broke up with booze

And nobody´s dead

But the way back there

Seemed pretty hard

Leaving people, stealing cars

And smoking sweet cigars

I returned to my window

To find it replaced

Wading through walls

And the fears that I faced

To find you

My hopeful place

Where I left the spade

As a promise to stay

I´m ripped by strangers

Alone in a crowd

I have lost my sense of time

Since you have been gone

Living in a Frame

You´re obligated to

Wait a long time

Where people can´t hear you

And the devil is shining bright

Shiny shoes

A coffee-stained shirt

Milky glasses

Shiny streets are eating dirt

Your heartbeat feels

Like a metronome

I need more I want more

You´d better run

While shouting and claiming

I dare you to try

Don´t lose yourself

And never change your life

Ghosts never sleep and never die

Shoes are pinching the collar is tight

The moon kissed my brain every night is not the same

We are living, we are living in a frame

I taught Chris all the things

he already knew

better put trust in Jesus

at the end he will loose

Believing in Jesus

Pacify cries

Carrying bibles

Contradiction and lies

Low spirit´s all around

It can´t be me

Better put trust in rumors

In place of being free

The paradox is running

There’s only one lane

We are living in a frame

Don´t Agree

Where to go left

Left my home

Where to go right

Ride a train

Where should I go

I don´t know

What to do here

Hear my prayer

What to do Jack

Check my chain

What should I do

I don´t know

Who to ask her

Heard a lie

Who to ask them

Damn no clue

If you ask me

Don´t agree

Where to go down

Down the drain

Where to go back

Back to town

Where should I go

Overboard

What to do now

Settle down

What to do there

Dare to go

What should I do

Leaving you

Who to ask you

You´re a mute

Who to ask God

Got no clue

If you ask me

Don´t agree

I don´t know

Where to go

I don´t know

What to do

Leaving you

Don´t ask me

Please ask me

Don´t agree

Hello and Goodbye

There´s a dog in the water

Words are flying ´round

People shaking towels

I´m leaving the ground

Long time no see

Hello my son

I could never be that honest

When I broke the mute

Thinking ´bout you

All the suffering time

Long time no see

Hello my son

The water´s coming closer

I hold up my head

The bridge is still alive

Tides seem not that bad

Long time no see

Hello my son

Growth will make me change

Is it a change?

That I differ from you

You start to disappear

So friendly and calm

I reach out my hand

But I´m not that strong

Long time no see

Goodbye my son

Our hearts are coming closer

They start to burn

You have to move on

There is no return

Long time no see

Goodbye my son

For the last time I try

To hold you close

But you´re almost gone

With the light of the sun

Long time so see

Goodbye my sun

I´ll Never Turn Around

Soon I’ll go back to this town

Where it all started

I grew up to leave my home

It tears me down

But lights still burn

I look ahead to come around

Where meanings differ

Cause I think I´m down

I´ll never turn around

Imitation blues

Obligation to groove

Will it be the same asking myself

Where I am from

Road stones will never fool me again

Should I be dancing here tonight

Searching my valentine

Things I’ve never found

I´ll never turn around

Without movement and warmth

I´ll rest where the river stays calm

Will I be drawn like the grey picture

on the wall

There was the king in my eyes

I have to leave from jail

Triggered by the wind

I`m blown away from home

I´ll never turn around

I´ll never turn around again

I´ve lost my way home

Days are on fire

I hope that you´re too

Soon I’ll go back to this town

Where everything felt so great

I grew up to leave my home

To find out where I´m from

I´ll never turn around

I Keep Waiting

I was waiting for her

But shadows can´t breathe

Drums keep playing

And I’m standing beneath

Cars´ driving by

Leaves falling down

Neighbors are staring

Waiting for the clown

I keep waiting in the hotel room

But she won´t come

I did nothing

She still don´t come

I keep waiting in the hotel room

But she won´t come

Unbelievable that she won´t come

Barking in the backyard

Crying in the streets

Walking hand in hand

Is the only thing I’d need

Language and words cause

Hidden demise

Ships are leaving

But losing their path

Myths may tell you

Everything you need

So shadows are left

Starving to the bone

I keep waiting in the hotel room

But she won´t come

I did nothing

She still don´t come

I keep waiting in the hotel room

But she won´t come

Unbelievable that she won´t come

Such a Pain

My head is running circles

But I´ve never lost my shoes

And tears turned to a smile

Did I find someone new

Can I count, count on you

And my head keeps spinning ´round

I won´t be jealous

Am I right?

Or is there a story with

someone else

Raindrops stop to fall

Telling me a story about where to go

And I flew like a bird all alone

I always think about the song

We shared like I´ve never done before

And then we fell asleep

And when the cracked doorbell rings

It takes me out of my dream

And I´m happy to

see you again

I never felt

Such a pain before

A pain that I call love

Flowers start to grow

On a car that broke long ago

I picked them and brought them home

I saw your face

Your smile, your grace and your fear

But you never turned your back

Will you leave

Will you stay

Let´s share my bed

Please take my hand

I never felt

Such a pain before

A pain that I call love

The Train is Leaving

Dreams get drowned

My money is running out

I´m still waiting for a letter

From you

I can´t stand this lonely

And foggy night

It´s just the rain

Knocking on my door

I´m drawing my name

In the cold wet ground

Trees are bending over

My shadow

I´m whispering poems

And I´m begging for sun

Summer´s leaving

And I´m growing fast

Have I reached the place

Where you built up your fate

The train is leaving

I´ve been too late

All those stars and lyrics

That are talking to me

I´m just a young man

who´s passing through

Please don´t blame me

My dear old friend

I´ll be there

When you´re around

Have I reached the place

Where you built up your fate

The train is leaving

I´ve been too late
